Rollup merge of #121120 - nnethercote:LitKind-Err-guar, r=fmease
Add `ErrorGuaranteed` to `ast::LitKind::Err`, `token::LitKind::Err`.

Similar to recent work doing the same for `ExprKind::Err` (#120586) and `TyKind::Err` (#121109).
