Rollup merge of #106398 - jyn514:fix-clippy, r=thomcc
Fix a few clippy lints in libtest

- Remove unnecessary references and dereferences
- Use `.contains` instead of `a <= x && x <= b`
- Use `mem::take` instead of `mem::replace` where possible
