Auto merge of #114709 - ShE3py:wasi-io-error-more, r=workingjubilee
Use `io_error_more` on WASI #86442 added many variants to [`io::ErrorKind`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/std/io/enum.ErrorKind.html), but `sys::wasi::decode_error_kind()` wasn't modified to use them.
