os: introduce cross-platform MemoryMap bindings
Basically, one may just do:
MemoryMap::new(16, ~[
MapExecutable,
MapReadable,
MapWritable
])
And executable+readable+writable chunk of at least 16 bytes size will be
allocated and freed with the result of `MemoryMap::new`.
