From a2b765fc37e2de38502912aea051d3fdde42357c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nicholas Nethercote Date: Mon, 8 Jan 2024 09:43:58 +1100 Subject: Remove `-Zdont-buffer-diagnostics`. It was added in #54232. It seems like it was aimed at NLL development, which is well in the past. Also, it looks like `-Ztreat-err-as-bug` can be used to achieve the same effect. So it doesn't seem necessary. --- compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs | 3 --- 1 file changed, 3 deletions(-) (limited to 'compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs') diff --git a/compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs b/compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs index b97ec02675a..76b7e0d79a9 100644 --- a/compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs +++ b/compiler/rustc_errors/src/lib.rs @@ -524,9 +524,6 @@ pub struct DiagCtxtFlags { /// If Some, the Nth error-level diagnostic is upgraded to bug-level. /// (rustc: see `-Z treat-err-as-bug`) pub treat_err_as_bug: Option, - /// If true, immediately emit diagnostics that would otherwise be buffered. - /// (rustc: see `-Z dont-buffer-diagnostics` and `-Z treat-err-as-bug`) - pub dont_buffer_diagnostics: bool, /// Show macro backtraces. /// (rustc: see `-Z macro-backtrace`) pub macro_backtrace: bool, -- cgit 1.4.1-3-g733a5
