From 413ca98d9110404d745471e54af10fc950292417 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Eugene Talagrand Date: Sat, 16 Oct 2021 18:23:42 -1000 Subject: Update std::env::temp_dir to use GetTempPath2 on Windows when available. As a security measure, Windows 11 introduces a new temporary directory API, GetTempPath2. When the calling process is running as SYSTEM, a separate temporary directory will be returned inaccessible to non-SYSTEM processes.
