From 0d5bcb14adb71900a99f06b92485de7e019734c2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "Felix S. Klock II" Date: Sun, 15 Feb 2015 09:52:21 +0100 Subject: Switched to Box::new in many places. Many of the modifications putting in `Box::new` calls also include a pointer to Issue 22405, which tracks going back to `box ` if possible in the future. (Still tried to use `Box<_>` where it sufficed; thus some tests still have `box_syntax` enabled, as they use a mix of `box` and `Box::new`.) Precursor for overloaded-`box` and placement-`in`; see Issue 22181. --- src/liballoc/boxed.rs | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'src/liballoc') diff --git a/src/liballoc/boxed.rs b/src/liballoc/boxed.rs index 75160476d71..630ca837daa 100644 --- a/src/liballoc/boxed.rs +++ b/src/liballoc/boxed.rs @@ -157,7 +157,7 @@ impl Default for Box { #[stable(feature = "rust1", since = "1.0.0")] impl Default for Box<[T]> { #[stable(feature = "rust1", since = "1.0.0")] - fn default() -> Box<[T]> { box [] } + fn default() -> Box<[T]> { Box::<[T; 0]>::new([]) } } #[stable(feature = "rust1", since = "1.0.0")] -- cgit 1.4.1-3-g733a5
