Synchronize platform adaptors for OsString/OsStr
* Order items as the average of the two adaptors. Enables easier diffs. * Consistently apply #[inline]. * Implement FromInner<Vec<u8>> for bytes::Buf. * Implement Clone::clone_from for wtf8::Buf.
