- `HAS_RE_LATE_BOUND` -> `HAS_RE_BOUND`
- `HAS_TY_LATE_BOUND` -> `HAS_TY_BOUND`
- `HAS_CT_LATE_BOUND` -> `HAS_CT_BOUND`
- `HAS_LATE_BOUND` -> `HAS_BOUND_VARS`
