Rollup merge of #145830 - nnethercote:TokenKind-unref, r=chenyukang
Remove the lifetime from `ExpTokenPair`/`SeqSep`. `TokenKind` now impls `Copy`, so we can store it directly rather than a reference. r? `@chenyukang`
