Rollup merge of #115319 - klensy:no-snapshot-in-graph, r=WaffleLapkin
don't use SnapshotVec in Graph implementation, as it looks unused; use Vec instead `Graph` don't use `SnapshotVec` methods, so use simple `Vec` instead?
