Rollup merge of #81241 - m-ou-se:force-expr-macro-rules, r=oli-obk
Turn alloc's force_expr macro into a regular macro_rules. This turns `alloc`'s `force_expr` macro into a regular `macro_rules`. Otherwise rust-analyzer doesn't understand `vec![]`.
