fix [`cast_possible_truncation`] offering wrong suggestion when casting from float
suggest `try_into` when casting to wildcard type; fix [`cast_possible_truncation`] suggesting useless parenthesis; remove suggesting for float to float conversion in [`cast_possible_truncation`] style nit
