UPDATE - rename SessionSubdiagnostic macro to Subdiagnostic
Also renames:
- sym::AddSubdiagnostic to sym:: Subdiagnostic
- rustc_diagnostic_item = "AddSubdiagnostic" to rustc_diagnostic_item = "Subdiagnostic"
