Set unstable feature names appropriately
* `core` - for the core crate
* `hash` - hashing
* `io` - io
* `path` - path
* `alloc` - alloc crate
* `rand` - rand crate
* `collections` - collections crate
* `std_misc` - other parts of std
* `test` - test crate
* `rustc_private` - everything else
