Deprecate in-tree `rand`, `std::rand` and `#[derive(Rand)]`.
Use the crates.io crate `rand` (version 0.1 should be a drop in replacement for `std::rand`) and `rand_macros` (`#[derive_Rand]` should be a drop-in replacement). [breaking-change]
