rustbuild: Support specifying archiver and linker explicitly With this patch `x.py test` passes without toolchain being in `PATH` if `cc`, `cxx`, `ar`, `linker` and `gdb` are specified in `config.toml` (except for a few `run-make` tests using `nm`).
