Remove IdxSet typedef and Rename {,Hybrid}IdxSetBuf as {,Hybrid}IdxSet.
Now that the `Buf` vs. non-`Buf` distinction has been removed, it makes sense to drop the `Buf` suffix and use the shorter names everywhere.
