auto merge of #12313 : bjz/rust/tuple, r=huonw
This renames the `n*` and `n*_ref` tuple getters to `val*` and `ref*` respectively, and adds `mut*` getters. It also removes the `CloneableTuple` and `ImmutableTuple` traits.
