Rollup merge of #47170 - eddyb:us-vs-usize, r=nikomatsakis
rustc: use {U,I}size instead of {U,I}s shorthands.
`Us`/`Is` come from a time when `us` and `is` were the literal suffixes that are now `usize` / `isize`.
