Rollup merge of #55905 - nnethercote:short_name-to-literal_name, r=Mark-Simulacrum
Change `Lit::short_name` to `Lit::literal_name`. This avoids a moderately hot allocation in `parse_lit_token`. r? @Mark-Simulacrum
