Add impl of `Alloc` for the global rust heap.
Alpha-renamed `HeapAllocator` to `HeapAlloc`. `<HeapAlloc as Alloc>::alloc_zeroed` is hooked up to `heap::allocate_zeroed`. `HeapAlloc::realloc` falls back on alloc+copy+realloc on align mismatch.
