syntax: improve the spans of some #[deriving] traits.
This makes error messages about (e.g.) `#[deriving(Clone)] struct Foo {
x: Type }` point at `x: Type` rather than `Clone` in the header (while
still referring to the `#[deriving(Clone)]` in the expansion info).
