syntax: Rename some keywords
`CrateRoot` -> `PathRoot`, `::` doesn't necessarily mean crate root now `SelfValue` -> `SelfLower`, `SelfType` -> `SelfUpper`, both `self` and `Self` can be used in type and value namespaces now
