Rollup merge of #53472 - eddyb:fx-pls, r=pnkfelix
Use FxHash{Map,Set} instead of the default Hash{Map,Set} everywhere in rustc.
Most of the compiler uses the `Fx` hasher but some places ended up with the default one.
