Auto merge of #118297 - shepmaster:warn-dead-tuple-fields, r=WaffleLapkin
Merge `unused_tuple_struct_fields` into `dead_code`

This implicitly upgrades the lint from `allow` to `warn` and places it into the `unused` lint group.
