Rollup merge of #138064 - SergioGasquez:feat/xtensa-names, r=jieyouxu
Remove - from xtensa targets cpu names This PR removes the `-` from the Xtensa CPU names as it was updated in LLVM, see https://github.com/esp-rs/rust/issues/252
