Rollup merge of #103825 - Mark-Simulacrum:fix-relnotes, r=pietroalbini
Remove let_underscore_must_use from list of uplifted lints Per https://internals.rust-lang.org/t/rust-1-65-0-pre-release-testing/17660/2 We probably won't backport this (not worth rebuilding stable artifacts over it) but still should be fixed.
