2016-10-31Changed most vec! invocations to use square bracesiirelu-1/+1
Most of the Rust community agrees that the vec! macro is clearer when called using square brackets [] instead of regular brackets (). Most of these ocurrences are from before macros allowed using different types of brackets. There is one left unchanged in a pretty-print test, as the pretty printer still wants it to have regular brackets.
2015-04-08Remove pretty-expanded from failing testsAlex Crichton-1/+0
This commit removes pretty-expanded from all tests that wind up calling panic! one way or another now that its internals are unstable.
2015-03-23rustdoc: Replace no-pretty-expanded with pretty-expandedBrian Anderson-0/+2
Now that features must be declared expanded source often does not compile. This adds 'pretty-expanded' to a bunch of test cases that still work.

2014-06-24librustc: Remove the fallback to `int` from typechecking.Niko Matsakis-3/+3
This breaks a fair amount of code. The typical patterns are: * `for _ in range(0, 10)`: change to `for _ in range(0u, 10)`; * `println!("{}", 3)`: change to `println!("{}", 3i)`; * `[1, 2, 3].len()`: change to `[1i, 2, 3].len()`. RFC #30. Closes #6023. [breaking-change]

2012-04-06Convert old-style for loops to new-styleMarijn Haverbeke-2/+4
Most could use the each method, but because of the hack used to disambiguate old- and new-style loops, some had to use vec::each. (This hack will go away soon.) Issue #1619

2011-08-12Convert most working tests to ivecsBrian Anderson-2/+2
I tried to pay attention to what was actually being tested so, e.g. when I test was just using a vec as a boxed thing, I converted to boxed ints, etc. Haven't converted the macro tests yet. Not sure what to do there.

2011-05-02Use different syntax for checks that matter to typestateTim Chevalier-6/+6
This giant commit changes the syntax of Rust to use "assert" for "check" expressions that didn't mean anything to the typestate system, and continue using "check" for checks that are used as part of typestate checking. Most of the changes are just replacing "check" with "assert" in test cases and rustc.
